By accessing or using VesselHQ, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

VesselHQ is a cloud-based platform for vessel crew management, certificate tracking and compliance automation.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep credentials confidential
• Use the platform legally

4. Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for all actions under their account. Organization admins may invite or remove members.

5. Subscription Plans & Licensing

Plans include Basic, Standard and Pro (via Gumroad licensing). Enterprise plans are provided via custom agreements. Seat and crew limits are enforced automatically.

6. Payments

Basic/Standard/Pro payments are processed through Gumroad. Enterprise payments are processed manually via bank transfer.

7. User Data

Organizations are responsible for data they upload, including crew profiles and certification files.

8. Prohibited Actions

• Unauthorized access attempts
• Interference with servers or services
• Bypassing licensing restrictions

9. Limitation of Liability

VesselHQ is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or total absence of errors.

10. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time. Data is removed unless retention is required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable European regulations.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
